Driver/Technician

We are seeking a reliable and technically skilled Driver/Technician with a valid UAE Car Driving License to join our field operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving to customer locations, installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment while ensuring excellent customer service and timely completion of assigned tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive a company vehicle to customer sites across the UAE to perform scheduled service and maintenance activities.
- Install, inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain company equipment and systems.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions.
- Complete service reports, maintenance records, and job documentation accurately.
- Ensure all assigned tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly maintained.
- Coordinate with the Operations Team regarding daily schedules and service assignments.
- Respond promptly to emergency service requests when required.
- Follow company safety procedures and comply with UAE traffic laws.
- Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- Valid UAE Car Driving License (mandatory).
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a technical field service, maintenance, or installation role.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, electronics, mechanical, ELV, CCTV, access control, networking, or related technical systems.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently.
- Familiarity with mobile applications and digital reporting tools.
- Good communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the UAE.
- Physically fit and able to work both indoors and outdoors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
